BUYERS
Upon registering on the Leuther platform, you are obliged to adhere to the following conditions:
Marketplace Accessibility: You have the convenience of navigating the marketplace to select your desired products.
Non-Resale Agreement: Products are to be purchased for personal use only. Reselling, modifying, or repurposing any product is prohibited.
30-Day Refund Policy: A 30-day refund is available for any product purchased on this platform.
Account Security: Keep your account security details confidential. You bear full responsibility for any consequences of sharing your login information.
AFFILIATES
As an affiliate registered on the Leuther platform, you must comply with the following:
1a. Marketplace Subscription: Access to the marketplace requires an annual subscription fee of ₦5000 (or its equivalent in dollars). Without this subscription, affiliates cannot access the Leuther marketplace.
1b. Affiliate Benefits: You gain access to a growing selection of exceptional digital products for sale/promotion, various tools for monetization, and comprehensive support to maximize your earnings on the platform.
Account Security: Do not share your account security details with anyone. You are solely accountable for any activities that occur as a result of such disclosure.
Commission Payments: Your earnings are based on sales commissions, with a conditional bonus for each sale made through this earning platform.
Compliance with Regulations: In marketing a Leuther-endorsed product, all promotional activities must adhere to local and international regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the FTC Act, and the FTC's guidelines on testimonials and earnings claims. Additionally, all communications must feature a working unsubscribe option to allow recipients to opt-out at any time.
Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all disclosed, created, or accessible data, including proprietary information and user/customer data.
Withdrawals: Payments will be processed through Nigerian bank deposits. Although earnings are calculated in dollars, payouts will be made in the local currency.
VENDORS
Upon registering on the Leuther platform, vendors are expected to comply with the following conditions:
Payment Process: Leuther disburses payments to vendors via bank transfers to a verified bank account in the vendor's name. Both vendors and affiliates receive payments every Saturday.
Commission Policy: Vendors have the autonomy to determine the commission percentage for affiliates. It is recommended that vendors offer fair commissions to motivate affiliates to promote their products actively.
Vendor-Buyer Mediation: Leuther provides mediation services to facilitate vendors in showcasing their products to prospective buyers on our platform.
Confidentiality: Uphold the confidentiality of all disclosed, created, or accessible data, including proprietary information and user/customer data.
Account Security: Never share your account security details. You are personally liable for any repercussions stemming from such disclosures.
Product Listing Compliance: Vendors must adhere to all requirements regarding product listings on Leuther. Non-compliance may lead to listing rejection and other serious consequences.
